Refund and Returns Policy

At Uniqaa, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized products. Since all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preferences, or change of mind. Returns are only applicable for defective items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns for Size or Color Issues

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer.
  • Color variations due to screen differences.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

We recommend carefully checking the size chart and product details before placing an order.

2. Returns for Defective Items Only

We accept returns only if the item received is defective or damaged. A defective item includes:

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching errors, misprints, etc.).
  • Wrong design, print, or customization different from what was ordered.
  • Damaged product upon arrival.

3. How to Report a Defective Item

If you receive a defective product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 2 days of delivery at ask@uniqaa.in with your order number and photos of the defect.
  2. Approval & Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Replacement or Refund: Upon inspection, we will offer either a replacement or a refund (as per our discretion).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only for defective items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
